Module 9 Professional Conduct & Business Awareness
This module sets out to prepare you for working in the Industry. It places emphasis on professionalism and what exactly is expected from a professional. This module then covers various aspects of the working world from types of business, basic accounts to general legislation. You will be trained on basic first aid, hygiene & sterilisation, the importance of confidentiality, client care and ethical behaviour. In order to pass your ITEC Diploma in Fashion, Media & Theatre and Special Effects it is compulsory that you pass this theory exam.
