Hot Stone Massage

Hot Stone Massage therapy has been used in many different cultures for many years and helps to treat physical, psychological and emotional conditions. Placing the hot stones on cloth on the body and arranging them along energy centers helps to relax the muscles and reduce pain or discomfort, boosting the healing process and helping to restore the body’s energy balance. The placing of the stones can be followed by a massage which can be deeper and more intense as heat penetrates the body and relaxes the muscles.

This is a two day massage course running from 10am - 4pm

What Do I Need to Buy?

A Massage Kit will be needed for both college and home practice.  The kit will start you off in business in Holistic Therapies and you can buy it directly at the wholesale price from our supplier. Details of this kit may be obtained on request.  Student will also need to purchase the course text book.
