You will be shown how to tailor your massage to the expectant mothers’ needs. The mother's body must be properly positioned and supported during the massage, using pillows and padding. This ensures comfort and safety for the mother and baby. Maternity massage has been found to reduce stress, decrease swelling in the arms and legs, and relieve aches and pains in muscles and joints. Not only can massage be physically beneficial, but the human touch can be comforting and provide emotional support during pregnancy.

You will also learn Hot Stone Massage Techniques, where to place the stones on the body, how to arrange them along energy centres to relax muscles to reduce pain and discomfort. How hot stone massage helps to treat physical, psychological and emotional conditions.

Hopi Ear Candling is a pleasant and non-invasive treatment of the ears, used to treat a variety of conditions such as Tinnitus, Sore throats, Hay fever, Sinusitis and Asthma. The treatment involves a specially designed hollow candle being inserted just inside the ear canal, where the suction created draws impurities out from within the ear. The rising air gives the ear drum a gentle massage and also helps to regulate ear pressure. The ear candles induces a revitalising heat felt on the head and ears, which soothes, relieves and relaxes.
